That you have PSSD — "I have a condition called PSSD, Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction"
Why you started the medication
Which medication (brand name, e.g. Lexapro) and for how long
How long you've been off it
Your symptoms — while on it, while stopping, and what you still have now
Use present tense for current symptoms: "I have…" not "I had…"
Speak naturally — jot bullet points, don't just read a script
Use medical terms for sexual symptoms
Stick to your own experience — no theorising about PSSD, no anti-medication framing, don't use the word "drugs"
