What your papers should show

The medication name — brand name and generic (e.g. Lexapro / Escitalopram)
How long you took it
How long you've been off the medication — this one is essential
A call to action, e.g. "Please help us raise awareness. We need research to find a cure."
Use present tense for current symptoms: "I have…" not "I had…"
Watch our paper videos on TikTok for inspiration
